MAG2000X™
Magnum brings good things to divers
The MAG2000X™ represents the most advanced state of the art torch system on the market today. Use our flame cutting tubes to cut, gouge or pierce any material in seconds for a variety of work benefits. For example, effect emergency repairs, routine maintenance or salvage with the same torch. Use an arc rod to get incredibly long cuts. Our patented arc rods last up to 20 minutes of continuous cutting on land, and several minutes of underwater cutting. Set up takes five minutes. Hook the oxygen hose to a regulated bottle. Connect the cable to a D.C. welder if arc mode is desired. Insert a rod and you are ready to begin cutting. Divers can now forget material barriers. Flame tubes can cut through rust, scale, paint, slag, concrete linings, barnacles and more. With both rods at your disposal, small wonder this is such a popular model.
MAG2000GX™
The ultimate cutting machine
The MAG2000GX™ comes with everything listed in the MAG2000X™ shown above in addition to a Lincoln Ranger DC welder with AC auxillary power for lights, chargers, communication equipment and more. The system ships with CGA540 oxygen cylinder, two-stage CGA540 precision oxygen regulator and thirty feet of R grade oxygen hose. Fill the oxygen bottle and welder gas tank and the system is completely operational. When it comes to underwater repair, maintenance, scrap, dismantling or salvage, this system will cut any and all materials. Use it in the shop, on the pier, or on a floating work station with confidence. The gas driven power source offers ten-thousand watts of power, more than enough for most assignments. Use it with our fin wrap underwater cutting tubes and watch your productivity soar. The system ships with flame tubes that burn through rust, scale, paint, slag and more.
Finwrap™ cutting tubes
Science points the way to better cutting
Our MAG3818X™ underwater cutting tubes come in both eighteen inch and thirty-six inch lengths in the customary .375 diameters. They are designed to fit into any standard .375 brass collet to work in your existing underwater cutting torch, only better. The double spiral wrap design encourages reliable, sustained burns with no side burning or flare outs. Each cutting tube is spiral hand wrapped in two directions on a lathe with the tip left bare for easy ignition. The rear of each tube is also left bare for easy insertion into the brass collet. Cutting tubes are seamless and come in both traditional copper cladding or our newly developed Galfan™ zinc and aluminum coating rated to 3000 salt water hours. Operators not only get longer burns, they get longer shelf life from each box. Reach out and cut something.

Wet welding electrodes
You will think you are welding on land
There is no better welding than in a dry environment. In the real world; however, emergency repair and maintenance demands work be effected below the water line. Fortunately, our MAG6013X™ wet welding electrodes come in several classifications and diameters to accommodate a variety of materials. We offer wet welding electrodes to accommodate mild steel, stainless steel and nickel thereby covering the majority of underwater repair applications. Frequent lab testing and field trials have achieved a proprietary waterproof coating that ensures the factory flux maintains its moisture proof integrity without baking the electrodes, something forbidden by the AWS and Navy operating manual. Our electrodes are conveniently AWS cross referenced to facilitate selection.
Underwater Cutting Torch
Cuts great, less oxygen
The MAG2001X™ underwater cutting torch is guaranteed to cut longer using less oxygen. Our newly designed Blackhawk™ torch displays state-of-the-art LPHV (low pressure high volume) features providing numerous benefits over other cutting torches. The polycopolymer body is secured with stainless steel body bolts for easy cleaning after salt water use. We were the first to develop the lower oxygen feathering regulator allowing divers to control oxygen pressure without tender intervention, or prevent oxygen flow completely during transport to the surface or to the underwater work site. The internal valve comes with a stainless steel spring resisting corrosion while maintaining its tension over time.
