Each torch ships with the following:
Precision machines polycopolymer
heavy duty torch body that can withstand impact or continuous use in salt water.
Stainless
steel hex head body bolts make it easy to routinely take the body of the torch apart for routine maintenance.
Oxygen
feathering regulator at the base of the torch allows the tank to be set high and then feathered at the torch.
External
insulated cable lead with twist style quick disconnect ends allows for rapid torch and cable maintenance.
Internal
insulated oxygen bladder with npt threaded ends prevents voltage feedback through the hose or the operator's hand.
Low
pressure high volume offset valve eliminates bottlenecks that rob performance at high pressure settings.
Heavy duty acme threads discourage grit from ocean, lake or stream bottoms that causes head nut seizing.
The universal head design allows for use of standard .375 brass collets to accommodate any underwater cutting rod.
Ergonomic
extended cantilever nose design provides distance from burn zone and less fatique during long cutting assignments.
Durable stainless
steel internal valve spring designed to keep its tension over time without problems associated with corrosion.
Convenient flashback
arrester spring inserted behind a recessed hex nut that is easy to replace should a flashback occur.
Lock out handle lever designed to keep the valve closed even when dragging the torch across the deck or ocean bottom.

Scrap, dismantling and salvage
The MAG2001X™ cutting torch works equally well on land or underwater because of its rugged ergonomic design. There is a handle lockout that prevents wasting oxygen while the torch is being drug about the dock or ocean bottom. The heavy duty current rod quick connects to any cable for superior current reliability when igniting flame tubes or cutting with our patented arc rods. The offset valve reduces bottlenecks experienced with perpendicular valve configurations, thus allowing for greater cutting performance while using less oxygen pressure. A slight turn of the torch head secures cutting tubes in the collet and releases them with equal ease for greater productivity. In all, operators will find the Blackhawk™ cutting torch a pleasure to use. Welcome
to a short cut that is guaranteed to cut longer. Our newly designed
MAG2001X™ underwater cutting torch is state-of-the-art LPHV (low pressure
high volume) and displays numerous features and benefits over other
cutting torches. The copolymer body is secured with stainless steel
body bolts for easy cleaning after use in salt water conditions. Observe
the lower feathering oxygen regulator allowing divers to control their
oxygen pressure without tender intervention. The valve comes with a
stainless steel spring that resists corrosion and maintains its tension
over time.

The Lincoln Ranger™ makes an excellent compliment to our cutting system for both onshore and offshore use. When it comes to platform, shorline or offshore cutting assignments, diving contractors insist on reliable, dependable equipment to get the job done. Why waste time with equipment failures or equipment repairs when you have gone to the time and expense to get to location and suit up. Insist on name brand equipment with a reputation for completing assignments on time or ahead of time. Competition is everywhere. Ensure your name is at the top of the list when it comes to seeking quality underwater workmanship. Click on the welder to see a complete system. Note: All underwater cutting and welding is done solely with D.C. current. |
