The most powerful cutting torch on the market today. The Blackhawk cutting torch accommodates both flame cutting tubes and arc cutting rods for the best of all working situations. One torch comes close to doing almost all.

MAG2001™ Blackhawk cutting torch ships with oxygen hose and quick twist lock cable connection with 6' of 1/0 cable lead for rapid welder hook up when arc mode is desired.

Like a Swiss Army Knife, this system is capable of over 24 separate industrial processes with a mere change in operator hand position. Quickly cut, gouge or pierce any material in seconds using oxygen as the sole gas. The dual purpose torch conveniently operates in both arc mode and flame mode. Use an arc rod to get the longest cuts ever recorded for a consumable to expediently cut scrap, perform dismantling or effect salvage. Realize up to twenty minutes of plate cutting using a modest 225 amp welder. The flame mode is ideal for remote repair and maintenance when the service truck is not nearby. A single cylinder of oxygen allows the torch to become fully operational. There is no more powerful cutting resource available. Best of all, the system is easy to use. There are no gases to mix or settings to adjust. One valve controls the oxygen pressure and thereby the flame length. An optional extender provides additional reach for cutting and piercing materials like manganese or rock. Ease of use and control allows the torch to cut sheet metal or materials up to six inches in thicknesses. The MAG2000+ can be used with or without an arc assist to repair almost any material.

Works with or without a welding power source. Use the system with arc mode for scrap, dismantling or salvage. Use the system with oxygen mode for repair and maintenance as shown in the above picture. The ten-thousand degree particle stream will rapidly cut, gouge, pierce and more in seconds. Flame length is controlled by a convenient oxygen regulator fitted into the bottom of the torch handle. Much easier and more powerful to use than any gas or oxyacetylene cutting torch.

R grade high burst oxygen hose with fittings to connect to the torch on one end and a regulator on the other end.

MAG0015™ Fifteen feet of R grade oxygen hose which provides sufficient length to maneuver about parts and equipment.

Our handy 12 volt cable igniter comes with fifteen feet of reach and connects to any battery source to provide ignition to flame cutting tubes. Merely short the tube across the copper contacts to ignite a tube. Tubes then run without additional impetus.
