Flame Cutting Tubes
Low spark and high cutting yield
Flame cutting tubes are designed to burn at a ten-thousand degree temperature without any additional assistance other than cylinder oxygen. This is the same oxygen used for medical breathing and available at all welding stores. Flame tubes can cut, gouge, pierce and more, faster than any rival process on the market. The ionized particle stream requires no gas other than oxygen. The length of the flame is adjusted by a single valve at the torch base to raise or lower the oxygen pressure. Flame tubes can be bent for all position access. Flame tubes also come in two lengths depending upon the cutting situation. There is no more efficient process when it comes to repair and maintenance in both shop and field situations. Arc Cutting Rods
The perfect replacement for air carbon arc
Our
tests showed the MAG1200™ to
be the most powerful cutting rod on the market when it comes
to scrap, dismantling and salvage. We cut through a linear
foot of 1 1/2” rusty plate in 20 seconds using less than 1/4”
of cutting rod in the process. See the process in action on our video page. Cuts as long as 20 minutes have
been achieved making this rod quite cost effective for long
cutting assignments. When
it comes to durational cutting power our arc cutting rods are
the pound for pound leaders. The cutting procedure is
