Eric Lawrence Peterson Ph.D. President and CEO	Marcia D. Peterson M.B.A. Vice President and CFO
Eric grew up in California and spent three years as a squad leader in the 197th Army Airborne Infantry Brigage at Ft. Benning, Georgia, providing logistical and tactical training for Rangers and Officer Candidates. Eric subquently worked in industrial engineering, manuafacturing and senior management for several multi-million dollar corporations. Eric graduated first in his class, Summa Cum Laude, from Troy State University with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Management and Psychology. He went on to earn a Doctorate in Management Psychology from Walden University after completing a dissertation in cognitive dissonance. Eric has taught P.O.S.T. classes and senior management classes for such organizations as the Nissan Corporation. He started Magnum Manufacturing in 1995 after working as a Marketing Director for a major dive company in California.	Marcia grew up in Vermont and started working at the age of 12 as a Golf Caddy. She attended Lyndon State College in Vermont and earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cal State University. Marcia spent more than twenty years in management, operations and finance before joining Magnum. Her diverse experience includes manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment and marketing. Additionally, Marcia developed an expertise in the area of forensic accounting, auditing and market analysis, performing due diligence and providng services as an expert witness. Marcia went on to earn her M.B.A. Degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1989. She has served as CFO for several multi-million dollar corporations in the greater Los Angeles area and has helped launch successful start-ups in industries ranging from internet to infomercials.
